    Ryan was willing to step in and take over an absolute mess that a previous, unreliable contractor had made while working on the roof of my sunroom addition and the adjacent concrete patio. I can’t say enough about how persistent and thorough Ryan was when it came not only to assessing and correcting my project needs but also how communicative he was throughout the process.     We have been using Starkeys Home Improvement services for the past 3 years at our house on Douglas Lake, and can recommend them highly. The quality of their work has been outstanding. They have handled both major and minor improvements and repairs for us, including roof, plumbing and electrical repairs, and installation of windows, ceiling coverings, floor, and floor coverings, window treatments, electric door locks, changing light bulbs on our 25 ft ceilings, and even hanging pictures. We have found their pricing very fair and have never been surprised by an extra fee over their original quote. We will undoubtedly be using their services again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality home maintenance.     Ryan does great work! I have used Ryan on several projects and he always has excellent craftsmanship and great communication. I have also used him on a couple subcontracting jobs and he always delivers. There's not many people I would trust to do work for me, especially when my name is on the line, but Ryan is one of them.
